Advanced Dermatology Center is a state-of-the art dermatology clinic providing our patients with 21st century skin care. We have two locations around the Charlotte area to better serve your needs. In Gastonia, we are conveniently located in The Summit complex off of Court Drive, a quarter mile west of Gaston Memorial Hospital. In Huntersville, our office is at exit 25 off of I-77, in the picturesque Birkdale area.
Driving Directions to Gastonia: (Follow signs to the hospital) Take I-85 to Exit 20, New Hope Rd/NC-279. Go north on New Hope Road. Turn right at Court Drive. Turn right into Summit Crossing Place. Advanced Dermatology is Suite 203 on the entrance level.

Eric Eisenberg, PA-C Eric has practiced dermatology here at Advanced
Dermatology for over a year. The two offices he practices in are our
Huntersville office two days a week and the Gastonia office three days a
week. He graduated from
South University in Savannah, GA with honors - Magna Cum Laude. Eric
specializes in difficult acne treatment and prevention as well as
cutaneous surgery. Eric
likes the fact that Dermatology allows him the time to help patients who
need it the most - you can hide high blood pressure or diabetes, but
acne, psoriasis and dandruff you can see in the mirror every day.
He feels that he has the ability to change these patients' lives

Dr. Hoffman has been practicing dermatology for over 26 years and has a
special interest in rare and difficult dermatology cases. He makes
extensive use of internet resources and dermatology services from Duke
University Medical Center and Bowman Gray/Wake Forest. Dr. Hoffman
specializes in Allergen patch testing which is done for allergic contact
dermatitis. Surgical removal across the spectrum of benign lesions such
as moles and warts to skin cancer is performed in the office with the
most advanced surgical instrumentation on the market today.

Kristin Prochaska PA-C
Kristin has been practicing dermatology for 6 years. She has been with Advanced Dermatology for over three years. She has a BA in Psychology from Providence College (1993). A MSW from Tulane University (1995) and finally as BS and MPH from Nova Southeastern University (2002) in Physician Assistant studies. Kristin specializes in Cosmetic Dermatology including administration of Botox and fillers. The reason Kristin enjoys dermatology is because of the diversity of the field. There is never a dull moment in a dermatology practice.

Renee Hazelton
Renee has been practicing dermatology for 7 years and returning to NC from Philadelphia metropolitan area. She graduated from Hahnemann University in Philadelphia (2001) in the Physician Assistant program and graduated with a cum laude and on the Dean's list. She also has an undergraduate degree in Biology (1997). Renee specializes in general and surgical dermatology. Renee enjoys the dermatology field because of its clinical diversity and she finds it fulfilling in helping patients understand their condition and she enjoys helping her patients achieve the best results, while promoting healthy skin care and cancer awareness.

Fee Payment
Payment is expected at the time of service unless
arrangements are made in advance with the Doctor.
For our patients’ convenience, we accept Discover,
MasterCard, Visa, and American Express. Patients
will receive a monthly bill and will be responsible
for paying for those procedures not covered by
insurance and for the remaining balance due after
all insurance claims have been paid.
Payment for all cosmetic procedures is due prior
to the procedure or on the day of service.
